I would love to walk alongside you during whatever stage of life you find yourself in. If you are encountering a difficult life transition, a loss, or struggling to know the next step, I would love to collaborate with you in your journey of self discovery and wholeness. I am a spouse, a mother, a friend who has experienced moves, transitions, identity shifts and loss perhaps like yourself. To be human is to evolve and grow and experience pain and joy in this achingly beautiful life. If you are finding yourself stuck, depressed, anxious, among other things, I'd be glad to walk alongside you and hold safety and space for you. I like to show up as authentically as possible. Mental health challenges often emerge from our life experiences and the coping mechanisms we have developed over time. You are here today because those strategies have served a purpose, but maybe they no longer align with who you want to be. Change and growth are possible at any stage of life! My role is to gently challenge you, encouraging new ways of thinking and viewing situations, emotions, and thoughts. Together, we will unpack the narratives that have shaped your life and explore alternative perspectives that can lead to meaningful change. I often use CBT, Internal Family Systems among others.
