Introduction

I am trained in and particularly skilled at treating children, adolescents, adults, college-aged students, and families. I have treated family and couple conflicts, mood and anxiety disorders, cases of bullying and child abuse, domestic violence, eating disorders, substance abuse, sexual trauma, medical concerns, and psychosis. My specialty is working with children, adolescents, college-aged students, and families. I was trained in a systemic background, which means that the individuals are taught in a family system, and that family system is crucial to a healthy psychology. I come from a Humanistic approach but utilize tools from CBT and DBT. I am very passionate about working with others. I work well with individuals and families because I have had my fair share of hardships in life and am empathetic to the plights of others. I hope to provide my clients with the tools to carry growth and positivity over to their family and personal lives.
