Trauma disconnects us from ourselves and keeps us stuck. By working through trauma, I help clients become reunited with all the parts of themselves and become capable of moving forward with increased confidence and ease. As someone interested in the mind-body connection, I like to incorporate mindfulness and bodywork into my therapy sessions. Being human is good and beautiful; it's also weird, hard, and painful.
