Introduction

I am a humanistic, attachment-based, trauma-informed therapist, and I provide treatment that is evidence-based and cognitive-behavioral (CBT). In addition, at the moment I am working towards certification in the Compassionate Inquiry approach of Dr. Gabor Matè, which he says "brings safety to the exploration of self, the present and the past. It can be used to accelerate the healing of individuals, communities and society." I have a profound understanding of relationships and attachment theory, and I know how disproportionately a disrupted childhood can impact someone’s entire life. That said, people are not defined by their experiences. We all have free will, and everyone deserves a life full of purpose and meaning.
