Hello and welcome! I am glad you are here. My name is Erin and I am an Montana-based clinical social worker who is also licensed in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, and Texas. I offer telehealth sessions through my practice, Updraft Counseling. Updraft offers counseling and support to people who work and play in wild spaces. Areas of treatment focus include anxiety, depression, sports performance, grief & loss, and stress injury / trauma.
