Introduction

I have over 25 years of experience in both clinical and non-clinical settings working with teens and adults. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW-C) and psychotherapist, I have developed expertise in addressing trauma, anxiety & depression, grief & loss, chronic medical conditions, life/career transitions, and relationship issues. I create a safe and engaging environment to help people understand they are not alone as they embark on their journey towards awareness and healing. I have extensive experience helping people to manage and overcome anxiety and depression so that they may live fuller lives. As a therapist, I use a mix of modalities that best fit the client including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems and other client centered approaches. I am also a trauma and EMDR trained therapist. I believe that every person is unique, and therefore needs a unique approach to therapy. Starting this journey can sometimes feel overwhelming. Please feel free to reach out to me via email or phone for a free 15 minute consultation.
