Hi! I’m a neurodivergent and queer psychotherapist in California who is passionate about working with Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diverse (GSRD) clients and neurodivergent adults. A session can look like: discussing and navigating trauma, taking a look at boundaries, assessing your relationship with yourself and self-esteem, or cultivating space for self-care and self-compassion. I believe in taking a collaborative approach that affirms my client as an expert in themselves, while also compassionately questioning stories that may not be as kind or truthful as they have been believed to be. My clients tell me that I have a calming presence, and that I'm great at holding space and offering the environment to permit kind exploration. I do not expect vulnerability in our work together, and cherish the parts of my clients that they feel safe and comfortable enough to share with me. I enjoy baking and have two dogs that you'll most likely meet! Please send me an email if you're interested in working together.
