I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and a form of Ego State Therapy (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy) that can help process through attachment trauma and/or specific events that have been traumatic. I provide therapy virtually (video or phone), which has many benefits including it makes therapy easier to fit into your day and more convenient.
