Introduction

We all need some extra help at different times in our lives and I can walk along side you to help you gain the skills you need to make life a little easier. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. You know yourself best, I'm here to help you explore what you need and how to get it. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and a form of Ego State Therapy (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy) that can help process through attachment trauma and/or specific events that have been traumatic. I provide therapy virtually (video or phone), which has many benefits including it makes therapy easier to fit into your day and more convenient.
