Introduction

**waitlist for new individual clients (weekdays/daytime only) ** (Please note I am not taking new couple or family clients at this time) Hello and welcome! As a therapist, I have a deep desire to assist and support you in healing, transformation, and change, while helping you bridge any divides that keep you disconnected from yourself and others. Working together, you can experience growth both individually and in your relationships, reducing stress and increasing clarity, self-esteem, peace and joy. Additionally, we'll work on building communication skills and identifying and working through any things that prevent you from getting to where you want to be. In a non-judgmental and inclusive space, I take an active approach that includes listening to understand where you're coming from and asking questions to assist you in gaining clarity and coming up with alternatives that might fit for you. Additionally, I offer new possible perspectives to help you heal and make sense of past hurts and help you learn new skills as you move forward to reach your goals. I am a Systemic Experiential therapist, which means that I am taking a holistic, integrated approach that considers all the experiences, relationships, and connections that may be affecting areas you wish to change. I know that often the thought of talking to someone new about difficult things can seem like a risk. My goal is to have counseling be a positive, productive part of your life and that you feel valued, encouraged, and supported throughout our work together! To see my video introduction and learn more about me, feel free to also check out my Psychology Today profile: https://www.psychologytoday.com/profile/857444 You've already taken the first step towards positive change by being here, and you can contact me for a free 15-minute consult call so I can answer any questions you may have. I look forward to supporting you in the next step on your unique path!
