We see wellness as the process of exploring and understanding our experiences, getting to the root of our challenges and moving more towards happiness and health. Sometimes we get stuck or lose our direction along the way resulting with symptoms of dis-ease. Our passion is to guide and support you through this journey of reconnecting to your self. I combine positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mind-body awareness and my studies in neuroscience and stress physiology. With personalized tools and education, we come to better know, understand, and love ourselves, deepening our connection to our hearts, each other, and our world!
