Introduction

Hi, I’m Erin (she/her/hers), a Licensed Professional Counselor. In my therapeutic practice I treat clients as holistic beings. Many people believe that mental health solely impacts the mind, however, it has the potential to impact the body, soul, and our everyday interactions as well. As a result, I work to include peoples strengths and interests into their sessions. In doing this, my aim is to help clients recognize that who they are is good enough to aid them in their healing journey.
