Introduction

Have you had poor experiences with therapy? I hear this a lot. Let's work to get you what you want from this experience! Welcome to therapy! I am here to help you find the happiness you deserve. Life can be hard at times, and we all need some support to get us through those tough situations that hold us back. I am committed to helping those people that suffer with depression, anxiety, trauma, panic, as well as the social and environmental stressors that take away happiness. Let's work together to get to your place of healing! My approach is to make sure you get the most out of therapy by listening, validating your experiences, and reflecting with you on what best meets your needs. I focus on your strengths as well as the thoughts and feelings that hinder your positive self-concept. I desire to build your confidence and happiness so that you are able to be resilient when facing the difficulties that life can throw your way. I am here to help you heal from whatever holds you back.
