I seek to assist individuals in achieving deeper, more fulfilled relationships and connections with both themselves and the people around them. My work in both inpatient and outpatient settings has provided me with a broad range of clinical experience. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and enjoy utilizing these techniques in my sessions. This modality focuses on mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal relationships.
