She is trained in EMDR and trauma-informed. Brittany founded two 15-bed sober living homes in Kerrville, Texas, through which she has actively supported women in early recovery. She supports and empowers individuals to live their best lives through counseling as well. Brittany and her husband have been Kerrville residents since 2008 and enjoy life together with their two daughters. We have been friends for over a decade. Our friendship is rooted in a shared faith in God, a love for helping those who are struggling, a passion for recovery, and an ambition to be the best versions of ourselves. Best Life Counseling was dreamed up on a drive one day in 2020, and through much work and prayer is now a reality that we are so happy to share with you. We are in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford, and Cigna. We are in the process of getting in network with BCBS, with hopes of being in-network by end of summer.
