I’m a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Rhode Island College. I am passionate about supporting teens and adults in re-connecting to their body, voice, and inner wisdom. I’ve worked with clients who are dealing with life transitions, anxiety, and concerns with eating and body image - which I approach from a weight-inclusive framework.
