Hello! My career in the field of mental health began in 2005. I am a graduate of the Masters in Counseling program at Northwestern University, and a life-long learner. I specialize in treating adults (18+) with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life challenges, emotion management, and relationship issues. My counseling style is relational psychodynamic, drawing upon third wave CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing when helpful.
