Meet our Therapists: Erika Cain: Erika is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Evergreen Family Services. Since beginning her social work career in 2015, Erika has built a wide-ranging background in women's leadership, school-based therapy, family counseling, foster care, and trauma-focused care. In 2022, Erika established Evergreen Family Services to expand access to high-quality mental health support for women, children, and families in Southern Utah County — the community she is proud to call home. With a compassionate, strengths-based approach, Erika is dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and create lasting positive change. Crystal Leuk: Crystal brings over two decades of experience supporting youth and families through education, counseling, and behavioral health services. With a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Crystal combines deep expertise with a compassionate, client-centered approach. Crystal has worked at Wasatch Behavioral Health as an intern therapist and served as a dedicated school counselor, where she supported the academic, emotional, and social growth of students. Crystal's career also includes extensive experience supervising residential and community-based programs for at-risk youth, collaborating closely with schools, juvenile courts, and mental health agencies to advocate for positive outcomes. Driven by a belief in the resilience and potential of every individual, Crystal is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients can heal, grow, and thrive.
