Following this, Erika utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy alongside motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques, strengths-based interventions, play therapy, and art therapy techniques to encourage personal growth while creating a comfortable and safe environment for her clients. Erika enjoys working to create an empowering atmosphere during therapy, allowing each individual to take charge of their own emotions and begin creating the best ‘you’ possible while exploring creative, artistic, and new ways to think about everyday life. Erika believes in a ‘love yourself, love myself’ mentality where you’re in control of your own outlook on life.
