Finding a healthy source and structure to life can bring well-needed healing. Erik approaches counseling using interventions from models of therapy like Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Structural Family Therapy (SFT), Bowen Family Systems (BFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and so forth. He works with individuals, teens, young adults, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment, intrusive thoughts, compulsivity, marital conflict, infidelity, trauma, life skills, launching into the world, and grief and loss. Erik also works with blended and multicultural families. Erik was born and raised in Northern San Diego County, California. He and his family have been in Cedar City since 2021. His hobbies consist of learning languages, shooting at the county range, going outdoors, PC gaming, and more.
