My life and career has taken many paths. I am a former NYC art teacher and Certified Holistic Health Coach. I Currently practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience. Prior to my career as a therapist I was a Certified Holistic Health Coach and owned my own health and wellness company. My programs we original and individualized and included education on nutrition and mindfulness, as well as, avenues for reducing stress and anxiety. I specialize in helping people navigate difficult transitions, improve their interpersonal relationships, and manage anxiety, depression, and disordered eating.
