I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ball State University, where I was proud to be a scholar-athlete. Over the past 15+ years, I have dedicated my social work practice to supporting adults, teens, and families across diverse settings as they navigate various personal challenges. Through this work, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique issues and barriers impacting women and their mental health. I am passionate about creating an inclusive, interculturally competent space that empowers women and girls, fostering healing and growth in every stage of their journey.
