With over 15 years of experience providing direct therapy and clinical supervision, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, Nevada, and telehealth Florida. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara. As a Los Angeles native, I chose to study at colleges in nearby Southern California coastal communities because spending time in nature is essential for my mental health. When I’m not in session, I spend my time on the sands of SoCal beaches with my dog and family. After my lived experience with repeat pregnancy loss, fertility treatments, and birth trauma, I became passionate about maternal mental health. This led me to obtain my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). In addition, I am certified in several evidence-based practices including Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and Seeking Safety (SS). Using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, teens/adolescents, life transitions, marital conflict, postpartum mood disorders, and reproductive challenges—including infertility, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma. I am currently accepting new clients for in person Huntington Beach, CA and virtually in CA, NV, and FL. Please contact me to discuss scheduling and availability.
