Introduction

Intrusive thoughts we don’t want to have, over-analyzing, repetitive behaviors, skin-picking. These are all symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety is natural, but can be hard to cope with! My passion is to help others begin the journey of working through the anxiety, toward the life they want to have. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and related illnesses such as BFRB’s. I make use of a variety of therapeutic modalities, including ERP, ComB, ACT, and CBT, but I ultimately hope treatment will be a collaborative process assisting you in reaching your goals. I strive to create a safe space in which you feel comfortable to discuss your thoughts and fears.
