Introduction

Hi there! I'm Erica (she/they). I am a licensed social worker and a relationship/intimacy coach. I support folks in healing their past so that they can unlearn harmful patterns and learn to be fully present and fully-expressed in their life, relationships, and purpose. I am passionate about working with both individuals and couples in improving their communication and intimacy because these are fundamental skills needed in order to foster healthy relationships, and yet many of us were never taught to communicate our needs effectively. My approach to therapy is holistic. I'm mindful of my clients' mind, body, and spirit/soul. I also take into account their environment, family of origin, and culture. While I have a formal education and extensive coaching training, I believe my clients are the experts on themselves. My role is simply to hold up the mirror and ask the important questions. So much of what keeps us feeling stuck, limited, or small comes from a limiting belief we learned about ourselves from someone we love(d). I support my clients in identifying what's in the way so that we can then work to move through it, and eventually outgrow the beliefs that were taught to us, but were never truly ours.
