Introduction

I help women understand why they're struggling with their relationships and emotional health, and what they can do to move forward in their lives. I do this through a brief therapeutic intervention known as Collaborative/Therapeutic Assessment. Over the course of two months, I'll help you gain insight into your life experiences, personality, and relationship dynamics, so that we can better understand what is keeping you stuck in patterns that are no longer serving you.
