Introduction

Hi, I'm Erica and I am so glad that you made it here. My clients describe me as warm and approachable. As is such, my therapeutic style is person-centered and rooted in relational psychotherapy. My specialty is working with those in their 20s, 30, and 40s. I have found this life stage to be most unpredictable and turbulent, making it an opportune time for mental health support. Whether it's depression, anxiety, relationship or job stress, we will dive in to explore the root of your pain in order to bring you relief. Ironically, my background is in eldercare, so I also adore exploring the emotional needs of seniors and their adult children. My experience in grief counseling, end of life matters, and dementia, has allowed me to support what we call "The Sandwich Generation"- those who are caring for both their aging parents and their own children. My approach to mental health care is non-pathologizing, rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work.
