Introduction

Erica is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Minnesota and graduated with a Masters of Professional Studies in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Erica has experience working with adults, families, couples, and adolescents in the residential, outpatient, community, and academic/school setting. Erica is passionate about providing care from a holistic and trauma informed lens, ensuring every individual is seen and honored for their unique strengths, experiences, and inner wisdom rather than seen or labeled as a diagnosis. Erica has also facilitated years of Stephanie Covington‘s Helping Women Recover Curriculum (in tandem with Helping Men Recover) for individuals curious, exploring, or actively pursuing sobriety and recovery. Erica has also facilitated years of Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills for navigating everyday life, emotions, relationships, and stress reduction. Erica is passionate about creating a collaborative, transparent, safe, and growth fostering therapeutic alliance with each of her clients and enjoys witnessing the growth, wins, and breakthroughs of those who work with her. During her freetime Erica enjoys swimming, hiking, reading, all things canines, and spending time with her family and friends.
