Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Founder of AMWell Group PLLC; a group practice aiming to provide inclusive mental health counseling and supportive services. As a clinician, I believe that the therapeutic relationship should be one of authenticity, collaboration, and one that feels empowering and supportive; while keeping careful consideration of cultural concerns and practices. I strongly believe in providing client centered support and promoting autonomy. I view participants in therapy as the experts in their lives and I cater my therapeutic approaches to each individual's needs. I provide individual and family services and work with adult, adolescents, and children.
