Introduction
Sometimes our relationships with others, or ourselves, get stuck. We may have lost direction, purpose, or meaning, and we become unsure of who we are or who we are in our relationships with other people. We may feel alone, sad, or scared. Some of us become overwhelmed by naming these emotions. Some may choose to isolate ourselves and think we must navigate this life alone. In these moments, we are invited to pay attention; when we do, we begin the journey toward growth and healing. Therapy can be a gift, inviting you to look inward to become whole. My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and relational. You need a warm, approachable, and trusting environment to begin making changes and progress toward growth and healing.
