Introduction

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults either in person or online. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I work with clients using attachment-based, narrative, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapies. I have been trained in narrative trauma care through the Allender Center in Seattle, WA. I offer a safe place to process the pain and issues that can hold you back from living a fuller life. We all have issues and we all need to do some work on them from time to time. I believe I am easy to get along with and I encourage you to reach out and see if we would work well together.
