Whether it's dealing with homelessness, serious mental illnesses, traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, or substance use, I'm here to provide you with the support and guidance you need. I understand that life can be messy and complicated, and sometimes it feels like there is no one to turn to. That's why I believe in the power of relationships and humanity's shared connection. By meeting you where you are, we can work together to build solutions and overcome whatever challenges come your way. I aim to provide a safe and affirming space to feel heard and validated. You don't have to feel ashamed or alone in your struggles. We all go through tough times, and asking for help is okay. As a 26-year Army Veteran, I understand the importance of collaboration and teamwork. I use multiple treatment methods based on your unique situation, make-up, and goals.
