It's my goal to collaborate with you to better yourself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience working with individuals and families with various disorders, including depression, anxiety, and everyday challenges. Using a variety of modalities, I encourage you to find self-satisfaction and better enjoyment of life during your journey. Whether it is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused, or empowerment, it's more important to find healthy ways to remain happy, especially during difficult times. Through Motivational Interviewing, I will always meet you where you are and challenge you to move forward at your own pace. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and if you are emotionally unhappy, it is hard to remain healthy in the body.
