Introduction

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted—worn down by others’ expectations, feeling isolated, hiding parts of who they are, battling addiction, or struggling with self-hatred, perfectionism, intense anxiety, or depression. I’ve been there too. I remember feeling hopeless and confused, and I know how heavy it feels to be carrying it all alone. Going to therapy helped me learn how to trust myself and find hope, so now I’m deeply passionate about helping others find their own healing and clarity. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, people longing for meaningful relationships, those navigating faith transitions, other therapists, and anyone struggling with self-worth, addiction, OCD, anxiety, or depression. Whatever you’re facing, my goal is to help you feel seen, valued, and supported as we work together toward healing and growth. Your patterns don’t define you, but they do hold valuable information. Together, we’ll explore them with compassion and curiosity. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space to process your feelings, build self-trust, and develop tools to move forward. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if I’m the right fit to support you in your healing work. I am licensed in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and Virginia.
