My primary as a therapist is to help you make sense of past difficult experiences and guide you toward positive changes in your life. To help you accomplish your goals, I use Cognitive Behavioral techniques (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Sessions often focus on uncovering your personal belief systems and to gain insights into patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, which are leading to mental health concerns. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling (LCMHC) who provides counseling to adolescents, adults, couples and families. I specialize in using evidence-based techniques for a wide variety of mental health concerns. I enjoy working collaboratively, striving to create a safe space where clients are empowered and supported to live more authentically, improving their lives, relationships, and overall wellness. I have had the privilege of assisting others overcoming their struggles since opening the practice in 2006. I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University New England.
