Introduction

Immediate telehealth openings available for clients throughout Massachusetts — If you are navigating multiple stressors, feeling stuck or burned out, looking to re-prioritize, or thinking you’re “not enough” in some way, I hope you’ll reach out. I often work with clients who feel that joy, meaning, self-esteem, or balance in their lives are lacking, even if their education, career, or family life is progressing. Working together, we can draw on your values, preferences, knowledge, skills, and hopes in discussing how to navigate challenges in your life. My warmth, respect, curiosity, and patience help create a supportive environment for these conversations. I deeply believe that your perspectives and experiences matter, and I see you as the expert on your life. My specialties include grief, substance use, LGBTQ+ clients, and people who have experienced domestic violence. I work with many people seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, and isolation as well. While I likely have experience working with clients with similar challenges to yours, I also don’t think that there is a one-size-fits-all “recipe” for any concern. I see therapy as an individualized and collaborative experience. Payment and Insurance Options Overview: - I am an in-network provider with certain insurances (listed below). - I also accept Massachusetts Victim Compensation for direct payment. - Clients have the option to pay for therapy out of pocket as well, by credit card or with an HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) card. - Clients with out-of-network insurance benefits (usually with PPO plans) through a plan I do not accept directly can choose to pay out of pocket. They can then submit invoices I provide to be reimbursed in part (often up to 80%) by their insurance plan. - I am unfortunately not able to accept (i.e. am not in-network for) any Medicare or Medicaid (MassHealth) plans, even those administered by any of the companies listed here.
