Introduction

I specialize in working with teens and young adults in NYC. I help vibrant minds find balance, freedom, and a sense of fulfillment. My approach to therapy is informed by the belief that there is power in embracing our natural sensitivity and connecting with our emotional experiences. Having felt life change after being heard, understood, and included, I want to be a witness to what you need to share. As your therapist, I will provide a safe and supportive environment where you're allowed to feel comfortable connecting with your "self" that others may know nothing about. While all pain is unique, I have helped many navigate through challenges like self-doubt, feeling disconnected, and existential dread. Together, we will develop a plan tailored to you. My education includes a MSSW from Columbia University School of Social Work, and 10 years of professional experience practicing principles for crisis intervention, trauma response, and counseling through motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapies. I encourage you to reach out with questions and we can schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
