I believe each of us can find inner peace, learn from the past, and and grow in the present. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, low self-esteem, or unclear boundaries, it would be my honor to navigate your path ahead and find the therapy approach that is right for you. I earned a graduate degree as a Master of Social Welfare at UCLA, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Boston College, and hold a License in Clinical Social Work in the state of California. In my years of practice, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse clients and families at the Los Angeles Unified School District, a community mental health non-profit, and in private practice in Los Angeles. I take pride working with my clients with empathy, acceptance, and dignity to find the right, personalized mode of therapy unique to your goals.
