His expertise extends to treating a broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders, from mood disorders like depression and bipolar spectrum disorders to anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and stress-related conditions. Joanne Hudkins is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a particular focus on reproductive psychiatry and women’s mental health. Joanne has received additional training in the mental health challenges associated with pregnancy and postpartum transitions, as well as completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Joanne’s career in healthcare began as a registered nurse specializing in obstetrics. Motivated by her dedication to mental health, she completed her Master’s degree with a specialization in psychiatry. Over the years, Joanne has amassed a wide range of experience, working with people from diverse backgrounds in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Currently, she focuses on outpatient treatment, where she creates a patient-centered environment tailored to her patients’ psychiatric needs.
