I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves and move forward after trauma or hurtful relationships with a sense of strength, self-confidence, and healthy coping skills. I work with trauma survivors and anxiety-based disorders: PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, eating disorders, OCD and OCPD. Approaches I use include: Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), ACT and DBT, and trauma-informed somatic interventions.
