My goal would be to help you find that fire and drive within yourself! I have a lot of experience working with children and parents who don't understand one another. I also have a lot of experience with helping people who have trouble loving themselves. I know you have your own answers; my job will be to help you believe! Sometimes we just need a little nudge to believe in ourselves. The therapy style I use is IFS informed and it can truly be transformative! Let's Evolve!
