Introduction

I am a bilingual (Spanish), board-certified, licensed professional counselor-mental health service provider and approved clinical supervisor practicing virtually in Tennessee with seven years of experience as a therapist. It would be an honor to meet you where you are on your journey and help you uncover your capacity for healing, growth, and self-compassion. The clients I work with are often wrestling with experiences that have shaped how they see themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. These experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from our best selves and others. If this resonates with you, I may be a good fit to support you or your teenager. As a wounded healer myself, I deeply understand the importance of being truly seen. I strive to offer a space that honors your unique values, beliefs, and cultural identity, helping you feel understood and supported. Who you want to be is possible. Your story—just as it is—does not have to define you. I am especially passionate about creating a brave space for those who are often marginalized by individuals and systems. This includes People of Color (Black, Indigenous, Latine/a/o, Asian, Middle Eastern, and multiracial individuals), Queer, Transgender, and Gender Expansive folx (LGBTQIA2S+), neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/ASD), and those navigating polyamory and ethical non-monogamy. My therapeutic approach is fundamentally relational with a genuine desire to co-create a space where you can be authentically yourself. My specialized training is intentionally tailored to support trauma survivors. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as mindfulness, meditation, and other holistic/cultural practices. Wherever you are on your journey, it’s okay to be there. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you reclaim and rewrite your story. You are inherently worthy and capable of healing.
