Introduction

Hello! Thank you for checking out my profile. I am a clinical social worker licensed in New York and Massachusetts, offering telehealth therapy sessions to young adults/older adolescents (18+). I have experience working with adolescents and young adults navigating challenges related to general mental health and wellness, substance use, and life transitions. I am currently offering therapy sessions to individuals who are interested and motivated to work on these issues. I strive to create a warm, laid-back (yet motivating), and empowering space within therapy sessions, and value creating opportunities for you to lean into self-determination and pursue your own self-actualization. Past clients have shared that they find me easy to talk to, and I also value humor wherever it is appropriate. I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with and accompany you wherever you are at in your own change process. I operate a small solo practice during the later afternoon/evenings during the week. At this time, my practice is fully virtual, and I am unable to offer in-person sessions.
