**I will be on maternity leave from late August 2024 - November 2024. I am still accepting new clients for the summer months & upon my return** As your therapist, I hope to set the foundation for courage, creating a space to be open to vulnerability. In sessions we will reflect on your ability to navigate uncertainty, taking risks, and emotional exposure. Perhaps we will spend time developing healthier boundaries, developing stronger accountability, or engaging with the simple notion of owning our truths. My approach takes on a trauma-informed lens with compassion-focused interventions. I often like to consider how various systems and childhood experiences have impacted our ability to thrive and what we can do to cope with them. We will consider how to widen your capacity to tolerate uncertainty and ways to connect deeper with your inner self.
