Introduction

I am here to help people feeling stuck—whether in patterns of addiction, anxiety, or relationship struggles—who is ready for change but unsure where to start. These issues are often rooted in trauma that can negatively impact the rest of our lives. People can carry negative core beliefs about themselves that can make people feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, burdened by self-doubt, or disconnected from their authentic self. Their goal is to find clarity, heal past wounds, and develop the skills to move forward with confidence. I specialize in addiction recovery, trauma work, and emotional regulation, using an eclectic approach tailored to each person’s needs. Whether through ACT, CBT, MI, or DBT, I help clients gain insight, process pain, and build resilience. Together, we explore patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and cultivate self-compassion to foster lasting growth. Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Change can feel daunting, but with the right guidance, it’s possible. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
