My name is Emma and as a mental health provider, it is my passion to listen and provide support to all who come into my office as well as help cope with whatever life may bring. I emphasize unconditional positive regard in my practice and serve as an advocate for my client's well-being and success. I work with clients from early childhood through young adulthood. I have a background in trauma, behavioral health, multiculturalism, and LGBTQ+ affirmation. My main approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), using an integrated approach to use evidence-based models to best serve your treatment goals.
