Introduction

Hello! My name is Emma and I'm so excited that you are here! As we all try to navigate life’s highs and lows, I believe it is important to remember that we don’t have to do it alone. I am here to help you in exploring whatever stage of life you are in. Together, we can explore what you would like to work on within therapy. I work from a strengths based and trauma informed approach to help you explore and heal your full unique self. When working with clients I help build meaning around your life and help heal your relationship with yourself and others. I believe in tailoring my approach to ensure each clients needs are met. I believe that seeking therapy is an act of courage, and it takes a brave person to reach out for help. I strive to foster a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore your whole self. I look forward to getting to know you! I offer a $25 50-minute initial session to take some time to get to know one another and see if we will be a good fit. I am currently seeing clients in person and online. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my dog, traveling with my family, trying new restaurants, and planning my next road trip.
