Hi there! I'm a licensed therapist offering tele-therapy to women in the state of GA. I specialize in working with people who are dealing with anxiety and/or depression due to life changes and relationship issues. I know how it feels to be facing life changes in an always evolving and sometimes scary world. So often we feel out of control of our lives and this impacts our happiness. I'm so passionate about working with women to see their own self-worth and find that solid ground in their lives by developing tangible coping skills and learning how to be present as our authentic selves.
