Sometimes life throws us lemons, and prioritizing our self-care and mental health helps us cope! I enjoy supporting others through individual and group therapy, as well as parent coaching. For individual therapy I work with both male and female clients, ages 7 through college, and parents. My therapeutic approach incorporates Positive Psychology (e.g., compassion, gratitude, mindfulness, and resilience to stress), as well as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other forms of treatment. My areas of interests include ADHD, anxiety/depression, Asperger's/Autism Spectrum, individuals with learning and behavioral concerns, as well as intuition and spirituality. I help individuals and families live more fulfilling lives by discovering unique strengths, building awareness of patterns of behaviors, as well as teaching skills and strategies! I empower all of my clients to feel confident in navigating the peaks and valleys of life through a warm and caring relationship! We are all doing the best we can, moment to moment!
