Introduction

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with well over a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare. I see adults (18+) with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma related disorders. I have collaborated with clients to adjust to life transitions, improve personal relationships, grieve the loss of loved ones, build a more robust social life, manage workplace stressors, build self-esteem, recover from trauma, and achieve a higher quality of life. I tailor my therapeutic approach to the needs and goals of the client. I am non-judgmental, empathic and collaborative. I utilize attachment-based, trauma-informed, strengths-based, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral (CBT), mindfulness, executive functioning (EF) skill training, and dialectical behavioral (DBT) approaches to therapy.
