Introduction

Ever felt like you're struggling to keep up in a world that never slows down? You're not alone. I’m here to remind you that your voice matters and that you deserve to be truly heard. Our relationship with ourselves is the foundation of every other connection we have, and I'm committed to helping you build and nurture that foundation. Growing up in Mexico, I saw firsthand the stigma surrounding mental health. Coupled with my own experiences—bullying, moving abroad alone, workplace challenges, and the pain of pregnancy loss—these moments have shaped my deep empathy and unwavering commitment to supporting others. I’ve learned that while our past influences us, it doesn't define us. What truly matters is the space we create for understanding and growth. That's the heart of my practice: helping you find clarity and transformation on your terms. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University, with training in EMDR, DBT, EFT, foundational IFS, and specialized education in Sex, Desire, and Relationship Issues. My diverse background includes addiction treatment and community health, all of which inform a tailored, culturally sensitive approach to therapy. With a Certificate of Specialization in Health Care Leadership, I bring a nuanced understanding of how relationships work, both within therapy and beyond. My practice specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate life transitions, cultural integration, and relational challenges. I understand the pressure of adapting to a new place, the feeling of being overwhelmed, and the quest for balance amidst mental health struggles. My evidence-based approach is designed to build resilience, improve mental well-being, and enhance your connections with yourself and others. If you’re feeling isolated, stressed, or uncertain, I’d be honored to support you in navigating these challenges and fostering meaningful change. I’m excited about the possibility of partnering with you on this journey and helping you thrive. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. __________________________ I do not work with insurance companies and I am considered an out-of-network provider; however, you might be able to get reimbursed for out-of-network therapy!
